Is it safe to order from your website?

We are one of many online dispensaries. At Alpha Best Pharmacy, we take every precaution to keep our customers’ data safe and confidential. Our packaging is professional and discreet. Our transactions are encrypted and secure.

What payment methods are accepted?

We do accept payments such as Bitcoin, MoneyGram, Wire Transfer, CashApp, Zelle. Venmo and Google Pay.

How do i cancel or modify my order?

What shipping methods are available?

We offer overnight, express and normal shipping. We provide tracking number for our different shipping methods.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are packaged with a vacuum seal bag and then wrapped inside a black heatwrap bag for further protection. There is no indication from the package to what the contents are. Orders are shipped in boxes or poly tear proof mailer bags depending on order size.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders with payments received before 2PM GMT should be shipped same business day. If your order is received after 2PM GMT it will be shipped the following business day.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Usually 2-3 business days in the United States and a few extra days for international clients. Different Post manages the shipping of your package, once we give them the package it is out of our control if the package is slow.

How do i track my order?

When your order is complete (and shipped) you will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email. Please use that link to track your order.

What happens if i do not receive my package?

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with Shipping company.

If a trace is filed, the said company will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete. Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if the company is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge, or offer you Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package and re-send your order with free Xpress shipping.
